In Sung Kwan took a team of 10 competitors along to the Ashiita-Kai hosted S-Factor Spring competition at Polkythe Leisure Centre in St Austell. Many of the better known clubs were present representing themselves and their martial arts. By the time the tiring and very hot day came to an end, we were proud to be walking away with a total of 18 trophies and medals! Everyone represented the club in a manner befitting our Moo Do heritage and ethos, and we're especially proud of our first junior competitors who gave some brilliant performances. In Sung Kwan took its competition team, the Viper Squad, up to Kent this past weekend to compete at the S-Factor World Championships. The five-strong team had a great time and learned a lot about competition at that level. We're pleased to be able to say that our very own Master James took third place in the "Mens over 5'8 semi-contact sparring" finals, and the rest who fought have a lot to take away with them to work on for next time. Well done to Mr james and Justin Duncan who both ran the Berlin Half-Marathon on the 2nd of April.
